Lifetime Labor Warranty On All Exterior Remodeling Services
Get Total Peace Of Mind With Our Lifetime Labor Lock
We Stand Behind Every Installation For As Long As You Own Your Lehigh Valley HomeLehigh Valley exterior remodeling contractors often tell homeowners they’re protected for decades. And that’s partially true. They say it because their roofing shingles or siding may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
But there’s a huge catch: The manufacturer likely won’t cover installation errors.
At Advance Exterior Solutions, we don’t think you should have to worry about the fine print. So, we created our “Lifetime Labor Lock” to make sure your home… and your wallet… are protected for the long haul.
Why A Manufacturer’s Warranty Isn’t Enough
Here’s a secret about the roofing and siding industry: A manufacturer’s warranty only covers the product itself. It doesn’t cover the labor. Even worse, if a contractor makes a single mistake during the installation, that manufacturer’s warranty is often void:
- Skip a vapor barrier? Voided warranty.
- Use the wrong type of flashing? Voided warranty.
- If your roof leaks two years from now because of a shortcut the crew took? Voided warranty.
We think our neighbors in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton deserve better than that. So, we back every installation with a LIFETIME guarantee that we’ll come back and fix any installation errors for free.
How Our Lifetime Labor Lock Protects Your Investment
Let’s face it… anyone can say they stand behind their workmanship for life. But at Advance Exterior Solutions, we walk the walk. Here’s how.
Complete Installation Coverage
Whether it is a shingle that wasn’t sealed right or a piece of siding that came loose, we’ve got you covered. We lock it in for life. We promise that any issues will be fixed immediately and the systems we install will stay sturdy and dry through every Pennsylvania storm.
Our 20-Year Veteran Teams
We can offer this guarantee because we know exactly who is doing the work. Our crews have been with us for over 20 years. These guys are career craftsmen who follow our “Zero Shortcuts” rule on every single job. They know that a mistake isn’t just a headache for you… it’s a mark against our company name.
The Owner’s Final Inspection
Robert Mirth (our owner) personally inspects every project to ensure it meets our “Advanced” standards. He checks the “invisible” details like ice guards, wall flashing, and air seals. If it doesn’t pass his inspection, it doesn’t get the Advance seal of approval.
